Hello fellow group members,
Thanks for the productive team meeting today! Im glad we all kn ow what we are doing now and each have some direction:) With regards to the industry, I just need to now whether we would like to be a new company or an existing one for three years, so as to provide financial background. I am inclined to go with a new company, just so we offer a brand new and exciting product...but easy either way, lets discuss..open to opinions:) thanks
Josh

Hey Guys
We need to finalize our meeting schedule for the business plan and presentation in class tomorrow if its alright with you all to stay for 5 minutes after class. Otherwise you can also post when you free to the BBM group over the next week.
Also I just want to make sure that we are going ahead with our idea and that it is medium to high income residential and our company has all in house departments from design to construction and maintenance.
I will bring some simple sketches to class tomorrow.
Peace
Trev

So here is a possible idea
Alternative Roof Drainage Solutions
An alternative way of erecting a roof in order to allow for internal storm water drainage. This will remove the need for gutters which many modern buildings spend a lot of money on depending on the type of gutter used. The idea is to invert the standard roof structure ie. from ^ to v in order to create a central drainage point built into the central column of a building which is insulated to minimize noise within the structure. I'll try bring some designs to class to illustrate. Let me know what you think . . .
